About E3
Excellent Education for Everyone (E3) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization devoted to improving urban public education through the powers of parental school choice. E3 promotes school choice in several different ways. E3 is organized into four major groups, each operating to achieve particular school choice goals. Each functions both autonomously and to support the activities of the other groups.
New Jersey School Choice Alliance
E3 is part of an advocacy group
NJSCA engages the public in the discussion about the need for legislative action that guarantees parental school choice. The intent is to provide public funding that follows children to the school of their parents’ choice, whether public or private.
School Choice Now
E3 is a coalition of nonpublic school choice providers
School Choice Now describes the umbrella of activities dedicated to helping low income children access the full range of nonpublic educational options available to them. These include: non-public preschools, federally-funded private tutors, charter schools, parochial schools, private special education placement, and home-schooling.
The Center for Educational Justice
E3 is a public interest law firm
The Center comprises all of E3′s legal efforts, which are broadly segregated into three categories: charter school protection, defense for parents, and a class-action law suit to gain court order school choice.
School Watch
E3 is a Best Practices Think Tank
School Watch is the education policy and research arm of E3. School Watch engages in a variety of projects that include: education policy development, and support and research for partner organizations.
E3 is working with a great sense of urgency to bring accountability to New Jersey’s schools and demand they become more effective, so that our children will not be condemned to another generation of violence and poverty. We believe that the disparity in educational outcomes, which persists along racial and financial lines, is the civil rights challenge of the 21st Century.
