Christy Davis Jackson, award winning entrepreneur, author, motivational speaker and attorney, has been tapped by Fortune 100 companies, non-profit organizations and small businesses alike to develop, manage and execute strategic, leadership and diversity management programs to increase company performance.

As President and CEO of E3, Christy’s leadership and management skills have helped energize the Urban Education Reform and School Choice movement. She understands the value of a quality education and is leading the charge to see to it that every child in New Jersey’s receive’s an excellent education.

Kevin D. Jenkins

VP of Operations and Marketing

Kevin Jenkins offers more than two decades of accomplished experience in business and brand development, strategic planning, economic development and non-profit management — driving achievements for a number of prestigious organizations in the New York metropolitan area. A key strategic and tactical contributor, Mr. Jenkins has brought valuable insight and knowledge to the leadership and management challenges faced by growing businesses and organizations.

Throughout his career, has developed a strong network of contacts. The scope of his global experience has spanned virtually all aspects of business, governmental affairs and public policy coupled with leadership and team building. As the Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Excellent Education for Everyone, Kevin has created a clear and focused strategic vision for urban education reform in New Jersey.

Brian Carr

Director of Design and New Media

Brian Carr is the Director of Design and New Media and has been working with E3 for over 7 years. He believes that without local empowerment and access to accurate information on education policy, communities with failing schools lack the resources to close the ever-expanding achievement-gap.

A designer by trade, Brian entered the education reform space to create strong branding and creative presentation on policy issues so they tip and become social. Since working at E3, Brian has redesigned the E3 website numerous times, created a social internet presence that is now followed by thousands of users, managed and coordinated record-setting rallies, social events around policy, and concerts on a shoe-string budget on aggressive and short time frames.

His unique skill set and ability to build alliances and lead grass roots teams to influence policy change has made him a valuable member of the School Choice movement in New Jersey.

Zuri Hadi

Office Administrator

Having attended excellent public and private schools Zuri knows the true value of quality education. With her journalism and public relations background, Zuri hopes to help other children attain the same education opportunities that she had growing up in New Jersey.
